Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Set up your card – Fill in the 5 starter questions.
  2. Add your 5 custom habits – Choose habits that matter to you.
  3. Do the Challenge for 2 weeks – Doesn’t need to be two weeks in a row.
  4. Ask people to sponsor you – Share your challenge and spark healthy conversations.
  5. Show your cards – Let others know about the Challenge, inspire them to join, and raise support along the way.


Habits 101

  • We are what we repeatedly do.
  • Life is full of influences — processed foods, negative news, too much screen time — but small daily actions can protect your health and mindset.
  • Habits seem hard at first, but when repeated, they move into your brain’s habit system and become automatic.
  • Motivation gets you started — habits keep you going.
  • If you want control over your life, start with your daily actions. Consistency builds the future.
  • Focus on today. The past is gone, the future hasn’t happened — but today you can take action.
  • Everyone has bad days, but every new day is a fresh chance to make it your Best Day Ever.


10 Tips to Share the Challenge

  1. Tell friends and family you’re doing the Challenge.
  2. Show your card to others and explain how it works.
  3. Ask for sponsorship to keep you accountable.
  4. If you’re under 18, ask your parents or guardians to share your progress on their socials.
  5. Invite a friend or family member to try a card with you.
  6. Take your card to school, sports, or clubs and show your group.
  7. Talk about the healthy habits you’re building.
  8. Share your struggles as well as your wins — be real.
  9. Celebrate milestones and thank the people who support you.
  10. Remind others it’s about having a great day, every day.


10 Ways Parents Can Support the Challenge

  1. Share your teen’s journey on your social media to spread the word.
  2. Encourage family members to sponsor your teen to keep them motivated.
  3. Celebrate small wins and milestones with them.
  4. Join in by trying a few of the habits yourself.
  5. Talk about their chosen habits at dinner or family time.
  6. Help them show their card at school, sports, or clubs.
  7. Remind them it’s okay to slip up — progress is the goal.
  8. Take photos or videos of their journey (with their permission).
  9. Connect with other parents to inspire more teens to join.
  10. Keep the focus on fun, growth, and having a great day every day.
