What is the good habits Challenge?

The Good Habits Challenge is a real-world campaign empowering teens to build good habits for life. Using a fun 14-day habit tracker, goal setting,

and community support, it helps teens stay focused, boosts wellbeing, and spark positive conversations at home and in their community.

Good Habits Challenge – Program Timeline (Gold Coast Pilot)

Current Program (12-Month Pilot)
The Good Habits Challenge is running as a
one-year pilot on the Gold Coast, focused on real-world distribution and community engagement with teens.

Launch & Initial Rollout

  • Successful Gold Coast launch completed
  • 10,000 habit cards printed and currently being distributed
  • Cards are reaching teens through:
  • Schools
  • Sporting clubs
  • Churches
  • Community organisations

Current Focus

  • Expanding reach across the Gold Coast
  • 8 active distribution points where teens can pick up habit cards
    (See the homepage for current locations)
  • Ongoing conversations with local and state government to support wider access through schools and youth networks

Next Print Run (Upcoming)

  • Additional 40,000 habit cards planned for printing in approximately two months
  • Distribution priority remains:
  • Schools
  • Sporting clubs
  • Churches
  • Youth-focused community outlets

Ongoing Community Activation

  • Pop-up booths at events and community activations
  • On-the-ground distribution and engagement
  • Continued outreach to schools, clubs, and organisations
  • Community-led growth rather than rapid rollout
